Is it possible to search lenders who do international funding?

Have a notifications dashboard where I can see the most recent things that have happened to my deal. For example: Yasmin viewed your deal, Michael replied to your deal.

I have been receiving many complaints from different banks that all they can access is the email that I type up to them. They are unable to open the deal summary link, and anytime someone sends attachments, they can never open them or access. They told me this isn't just me, but everyone they receive a deal from and it's been every banker I have talked to about this.

it should go directly in the OM, or the ability to add shared access to edit the OM that I could send my client so they can fill out the information for whatever they have, upload documents, etc.

Right now when I want to resend a deal out, I don't know if I have already sent it out to certain people. The best would be to have a type of notification saying You have already reached out to person x, want to do it again? and if not allow me to delete it.

Add small balance commercial loans as a firm type.

I had a few energy deals and data centers come my way. Those are special purpose but maybe you can add a property types to match

Is it possible to add an LTV/LTC search field to narrow down lenders? I know it varies for each deal but a general LTV is helpful.

Can we filter the banks and credit unions based on if they're local to the state we're searching in?

It would be nice to be able to resend emails to the lenders that did not respond at the time. Can we do that?
