Can you add this special purpose property type pls?

Hi, sometimes when I try to deny deals on the new dashboard I am unable to leave feedback and actually deny a deal. My dashboard will quickly clutter. Other than that I'm a huge fan of the new dashboard and messages feature.

I think one thing that may help for the execution type filter is an option to exclude types. Instead of choosing a specific type to include.

As you go though the different sections, you must click the save button for every single section. Maybe a warning message could help :) like do you want to move forward without saving your two hours of research? jk. Just being petty at this point. :)

Is it possible to search lenders who do international funding?

I've noticed that when I receive an alert stating a lender has viewed a deal, the notification doesn't specify which loan request is being referenced.

passkeys are a very secure alternative to a login code and simpler for the user as they don't have to go to their email client. Please implement this!

Hi! I would like to make a suggestion. It would be helpful to have the ability to remove lenders from the contact list when we know we won’t be doing business with them. In the 3 days that I since I signed up, I’ve already encountered this twice with duplicate representatives from the same company. It’s frustrating for them and adds additional work on our end.

We need to be able to search based on the number of units lenders will lend on Example, if a put info in for a 10 unit DSCR loan, it pull up a ton of lenders, but 99% of the lenders cap their loans at 8 units....
