When using filters the search should use a Boolean search logic, so instead of search x or y it should search for x AND y

I don't want to only see the originators name when I look through my inbox but their company as well.

It would be great to have everything inside of JanoverPro. From the beginning of the funnel, getting new leads to the sales pipeline and then searching for lenders to finalize by getting the quotes.

this would give brokers and borrowers the power back rather then us having to reach out to each lender individually, secure terms, etc... just make certain fields required (based on execution type, and once published and docs look good - lenders should be able to submit rates and outbid each other directly on the 'marketplace' tab)

Please let us drag and drop documents into the doc upload portion of the OM intake rather than having to select through files

It will be nice if I can save lender specific information/niche (my comments) for originatoer that I saved in my list.

Add a section for each originator that you add to your favorites. This will give the ability for me to keep all the notes of what they do and what they dont do in my account.

Would it be possible to add pipeline stages inside the Deals in Janover Pro Advanced? Would be nice to track every stage of each deal all in one place.

Is there an easy way to do this?
