After creating your OM and selecting lenders, head to the Message step.
The new AI Email Generator instantly produces a professional, personalized email that highlights your deal’s key points and links directly to your OM.
Need tweaks? Click "Use AI" for a fresh draft or make quick edits yourself.

- Choose execution types in the first step of OM creation to help match with the right lenders faster.
- Helpful guides for loan types and asset classes are now linked directly in OM creation — just click the little question marks (?) for quick info.
- Your inbox includes a quote matrix for the deal (showing lender quotes for the deal, making it easy to compare rates, terms, and fees at a glance).
- Deal notification emails now include the title of the specific OM they’re referencing.
- Self-storage is now its own standalone property type.
